Refund and Returns Policy
At Shivoc Jewels, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition you received it – unworn, unused, and with original tags.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email us at support@shivocjewels.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.
| Important: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@shivocjewels.com so we can assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-returnable Items We cannot accept returns for:

Exchanges The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original piece. Once approved, you can place a new order for your preferred item.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 business days.
